Stuffed Animals Help Fight Child Abuse

Professional Marketing International is a proud sponsor of the Utah Flash who, earlier this month, teamed up with the Bank of American Fork to help fight child abuse.

Each year for over a decade, the Bank of American Fork has collected new or gently-used teddy bears and other stuffed animals and given them to various support centers throughout the state. These stuffed animals help to comfort children who are victims of abuse or at risk of abuse as they go through therapy session and await placement in a foster home. Thousands of stuffed animals have been collected over the years, and this year was no exception.

The Utah Flash offered free admission to their December 7 game in exchange for a new or gently-used stuffed animal, with Professional Marketing International donating more than 30. The event was a great success and has helped countless children in their time of need.

The donations went to the Utah Valley Family Support Treatment Center, the Salt Lake Valley Family Support Center and House of Hope.
